Members who qualify in the program are issued a medical marijuana card and a letter of recommendation from our Federal Advocacy Board.

This is the proof that members are legal cannabis patients in the VA Health System, Medicaid and/or Medicare program.

As long as you act within the guidelines of state law, you will be able to excercise all your rights under state and federl laws and directives.

You will be able to legally integrate medicinal marijuana into your treatment plan. We distribute to our members the original letter of recommendation. Members who lose originals can replace them at a rate of $20 per item.

Please note medical personnel have appointed www.MYVETERAN.org as the custodians of records and that www.MYVETERAN.org will keep a hard copy of your paperwork.

Members records are strictly confidential; and www.MYVETERAN.org DOES NOT release records to anyone as we respect the privacy of our members; and www.MYVETERAN.org DOES NOT report to or distribute any lists to any state or federal agency.
